Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Shipping Methods
All packages are shipped and insured via UPS.
All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday).
Order Processing
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. The typical processing time on your order is 24-48 hours before shipping, determined by the product mix and quantities ordered.
If you place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please allow extra time for processing. Once your order is processed, it will take another 24 hours for us to receive inventory from our farm to fulfil your order. Depending on the type of order you placed, will determine how long fulfillment will take.
For Jarred and Labeled orders, fulfillment typically takes 72 hours. For Direct Shipped orders, your order will be shipped directly to you once your order is processed. This order processing estimate does not include the actual shipping times, which are listed when you make your shipping option selection at checkout.
Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and especially during the holiday season.
Where do we ship?
We retain the right to not ship to any locations where local laws prohibit the sale, possession, use, or purchase of THCa, Delta 8 THC products, or any hemp-derived products. Furthermore, we are not responsible for knowing whether this product is legal in your area of residence. By purchasing this product, you assume full responsibility for all parts pertaining to your purchase.
Currently THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines:
Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.
Delta 8 products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, MS, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV.
Delivery Times
Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Please note that UPS shipping times are not guaranteed.
Please keep in mind that tracking information with UPS may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local UPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While UPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of UPS are not the responsibility of Fusion Compounds and must be resolved by contacting UPS (see contact information below).

Once an order has shipped, Fusion Compounds is no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you or if the package is received, lost, damaged or stolen. Of course we will assist but maintain no liability once the package has been shipped.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative replacement item, or potentially remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or other method of payment.
Damaged Or Missing Products/Order
In the event that you receive your order and there is product damage, broken bottle(s), wrong flavor(s), etc., please take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail us along with a brief description of the problem to info@buyfusioncompounds.com.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, sealed. Fusion Compounds will reject a return if either condition is unmet.
To complete your return, we require a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase in our system.
To return your product, the Fusion Compounds team will coordinate a prepaid label and return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
There will always be processing time before a refund is posted. Fusion Compounds will notify you once a refund has been issued so you can begin tracking progress of the funds.
Please allow some time for the refund to post to your bank or credit card companies before contacting Fusion Compounds.
If you’ve received the refund notice from Fusion Compounds and 10 business days have passed without receiving the funds in your account, please contact us at info@buyfusioncompounds.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded after purchase. All sales on sale items are final.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@buyfusioncompounds.com or contact your account manager directly for assistance.

What is Supercharged™ Technology?
Supercharged™ Technology is proprietary trade secret intellectual property that uses sound frequency to increase energy at the molecular level.
